Pushing on with a serious fault usually makes the repair far more expensive. We'll come out, check whether it can be sorted on the spot and, if not, take the car to the garage of your choice.

Recovery after a collision or accident

After a crash, safety comes first: hazard lights on, hi-vis vest, warning triangle, and get behind the barrier. Once things are settled with the police or the other driver, we handle the rest – loading the damaged car, picking up loose parts and taking everything to a body shop or secure car park. If your insurance includes roadside cover, we'll tell you what details to collect for your claim.

Recovery from the A4 motorway and S7 expressway

On a fast road, time and an exact position matter most. Tell us your direction of travel and the nearest junction or kilometre marker – or simply send a location pin. If your car is blocking a lane, call the emergency number first. We recover vehicles from the hard shoulder, emergency lanes and service areas.
